  • You can message us at our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter). 
  • It easy to place an order using our website. You just need to choose the products you like and select add to cart or the cart logo. Then, you can continue shopping or proceed to check out. For new customers, you will be prompted to create an account or log-in your details if otherwise. Follow the instructions until you complete the order. Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. For issues regarding placing an order, please contact us.

  • For local shipping, an estimated delivery time will be 3-5 working days, depending on the location.
  • For international shipping, an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks, depending on the location.

  • We provide FREE SHIPPING for purchase amount of 2,500 (Applicable only for non-bulky items).
  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
